TJM Bullbars
TJM Products uses the latest in surface modelling and 3D CAD software to produce product designs and shorten development lead-times. Multiple aesthetic designs and concept prototypes can be produced while finite element analysis is used to evaluate the strength and effectiveness of components. Laser scanning is extensively used for the collection and input of key data direct from the vehicles in order to expedite the development process of TJM products and ensure correct fitment to vehicles.

1. TJM Outback bars employ a five-fold channel/wing design. Folds are deliberately spaced across the channel for maximum strength and stylish looks. The upswept tapered wing provides excellent approach angle for accessibility.

2. Recessed fog lights come standard along with recessed polycarbonate indicator & park lights.

3. Vehicle mounted aerials are often essential when travelling in remote locations. TJM bull bars feature two heavy duty aerial tabs located behind the bars top cross tube.

4. TJMs bull bar uprights feature a single piece of steel which extends from the upright down through the bumper channel to the chassis mount to give the bar maximum strength. 40mm Kato Straps soften the edges of the bull bar and add to the aesthetics.

5. TJMs mounting system is specifically engineered for each vehicle. The design spreads impact and winching loads evenly across the vehicles chassis. The design ensures the bull bar is strong enough for extreme conditions and functions properly in impact events.

6. TJM bull bars provide secure, strong and stable mounting points to fit a large array of driving lights. The strength of the TJM product guards against excessive movement resulting in a vibrating beam pattern, bulb failure or light body fatigue.

7. TJM pioneered the universally supported, reinforced T-slot design which allows a hi-lift jack to be mounted directly onto the bull bar.
8. The engineered winch frame mount accommodates a variety of winches and does not interfere with the vehicles air bag triggering system. The bar is designed and tested to endure the stresses of winching even when a snatch block is used to increase winching capacity.

9. The bolt on integrated front underbody guard is designed to further protect the vulnerable underbody components of the vehicle while still maintaining excellent airflow. Front, transmission and sump guards available for selected models.

10. Where possible, new TJM bull bar models will be full bumper replacements and don’t require the original bumper to be cut. An attractive alloy formed headlight trim is used to complete the styling. This trim can be polished or colour coded as preferred.

11. TJMs channel designs allow maximum airflow to the vehicles radiator. This hole in the channel also allows easy access to the vehicles winch controls.
12. TJMs channel designs feature a winch viewing slot for cable spooling inspection. It is not recommended that users put hands into this slot while operating the winch.
